Starting my own business.

Where is your favourite place to go on a weekday afternoon when you have no plans or obligations?

Anywhere with a beach view.

What drives you to do what you do? What motivates you?

Frontline employees who say “I’m just a……”. They have no clue how valuable they are and how bright their future is.

Is there a documentary/book/event that really changed the way you thought about something?

Most recently –  Minimalism (Netflix).

If you woke up and had 2,000 unread emails and could only answer 300 of them, how would you choose which ones to answer?
