The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber. Wish I had read this, or the original version before I started my business.

If you could trade lives with one person for an entire day who would it be and why?

My Mum. To see what it’s really like to live with the effects of MS.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

Starting my own business.

Where is your favourite place to go on a weekday afternoon when you have no plans or obligations?

Anywhere with a beach view.

What drives you to do what you do? What motivates you?

Frontline employees who say “I’m just a……”. They have no clue how valuable they are and how bright their future is.

Is there a documentary/book/event that really changed the way you thought about something?

Most recently –  Minimalism (Netflix).

You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What colour would you be and why?

The Verve – Bitter Sweet Symphony (Played loud).

If you woke up and had 2,000 unread emails and could only answer 300 of them, how would you choose which ones to answer?

Delete unknown senders. Select only titles of urgency or interest. After that – delete the rest which is probably going to leave me with less than 300.
